The Company

Uncle Buffalo's Hot Sauce is a family owned & operated business based out of O'Fallon, IL, right outside St. Louis, MO.  Established in October, 2022, we've received great responses to our product from the very beginning.  

The Owners: Aaron & Danielle Brewer  

Uncle Buffalo's Hot Sauce was started by The Brewers, on the premise that hot sauce shouldn't just be hot, but flavorful as well.  I (Aaron) love all things spicy and have dreamed of starting my own hot sauce label for several years.  Danielle is a Hair Stylist and Health Coach.  We have 4 beautiful children, including twins!  We regularly include our children in the business process to teach them entrepreneurial skills.  

Why Uncle Buffalo? 

The story goes like this.  When Danielle and I were first married, we were babysitting her 3 nieces and nephew.  They asked for a horsey back ride, and eventually all 3 of them were on my back.  That's when the horsey back ride got changed into a buffalo ride.  From then on, those 3 kids called me Uncle Buffalo.
